Avoid this seller – my experience with Zia
I had a terrible experience with a seller named Zia. He was extremely rude to customers.
I had to cancel my order because he went ahead and ordered materials without asking for my confirmation, and he chose a design I never wanted. When I asked him to change it, he refused. I told him I would not pay for something I didn’t approve. He then canceled the order - and the worst part is that he told the entire carpenter team not to work with me.
When I went to another shop, they refused to sell me materials because of his report. Can you imagine?
Don’t waste your time with this seller. Avoid dealing with him!
